稀土对0.27C—1Cr钢TTT图的影响

摘    要:通过测量不同温度下的等温转变曲线,建立了0.27C—1Cr钢的TTT图,研究了稀土对TTT图的影响,结果表明,加入稀土后,奥氏体晶粒细化,晶粒长大速率变慢,Ac_2不变,Ac_3升高;先共析铁素体和贝氏体相变的孕育期缩短,珠光体和贝氏体相变完成所需时间延长,理论计算结果与实验值一致

Abstract:TTT diagrams of the 0.27C-1Cr and 0.27C-1Cr-RE steels are established by means of dilatometric measurement for kinetic curves at different temperatures and metallographic inspections, and the influence of RE on the TTT diagram is studied. The addi- tion of RE refines austenite grains, retards grain growth rate, raises Ac_3 and makes no change to Ac_1. The incubation periods for proeutectoid ferrite and bainite are reduced, and the time for complete transformation for pearlite and bainite are prolonged by the addition of RE. The computation result are in comformity with the experimental ones.
