摘    要:包头钢铁公司新建住宅楼为底层框架、上部5层砌体结构,因设计错误,致使整个结构可靠性严重不 足。针对其各部分可靠性的差异,分别采用增设混凝土剪力墙和型钢组合梁、外包钢加固柱、外包钢加固梁、 预应力螺杆加固梁及局部砖墙外包钢板组合柱等方法,对原结构进行了全面加固。

Abstract:The wrong design affects the reliability of the masonry-concrete structure with bottom frame.The methods,such as adding concrete shearwall and composite beam profile steel,and strengthening column and beam with exterior steel,beam with prestressed screw bar,and partial masonry wall with exterior steel,are adopted for the overall strengthening of the existing structure according to their different situations.
