| Abstract: | This paper discusses the limitations of each method of evaluating tenders for civil engineering in China at present. Based on the theory of AHP, this paper puts forward an overall evaluation model to choose the best contractor in civil engineering. This model is a system engineering method which combines the qualitative ana1ysis with the quantitative analysis. The application of this method can make the behavior of evaluating tenders more scientific and rational. |
