摘    要:建立了快速溶剂萃取-柱前衍生-超高效液相色谱法测定土壤中的阿维菌素。优化了快速溶剂萃取条件,影响快速溶剂萃取的四种因子显著性顺序为:溶剂类型提取温度静态萃取时间m土壤/V提取溶剂。最佳快速溶剂萃取条件:提取温度是130℃,m土壤/V提取溶剂=1∶3(g/mL),溶剂为丙酮,静态萃取时间为15 min。以10.0 g土壤样品计,检出限是4.0×10-4μg/g,定量检测下限是2.0×10-3μg/g,回收率在73.0%~88.5%之间。该法操作方便,灵敏度高,可用于土壤中阿维菌素的测定。

Abstract:A method for the determination of Avemectin in soil is established which is extracted by ASE, Pre-column Derivation and determined by UPLC. Optimization is conducted for the four main factors (extracting temperature, soil weight/volume of extracting solvent, extracting solvent, extracting time) that would affect recovery rate by orthogonal test. The order of influence on ASE is extracting solvent type〉extracting temperature〉extracting time〉msoil/V extracting solvent. Optimal results are determined as follows: extracting temperature is 130 ℃, msoil/Vextraeting solvent is 1/3, extracting solvent is acetonitrile, extracting time is 15 min. The limits of quantification for Avemectin is 4.01×10-4 μg/g, LOQ is 2.0× 10-3 μg/g and the recoveries are between 73.0 %-88.5 % in about 10.0 g soil samples. The results show that this method is sensitive, simple and suitable for the determination of Atrazine.
