WLS-20在染色棉织物后处理中的应用

将自制阳离子蛋白衍生物助剂WLS-20应用于4种活性染料和2种直接染料染色棉织物后处理工艺中（固色和皂洗）,研究了WLS-20助剂对皂洗后处理时色布和白布K/S值的影响,以及对处理后织物耐皂洗色牢度及耐摩擦色牢度的影响,评价了WLS-20助剂在活性和直接染料染色棉织物后处理中的应用效果。结果表明：WLS-20助剂不仅可以应用于染色织物的固色阶段,而且还可以应用于皂洗后处理中,该助剂应用于此2个阶段均可以提高活性染料和直接染料染色棉织物的固色效果,减少皂洗时对白布的沾色,并有效提高棉织物的耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度,尤其对直接染料染色棉织物的固色、防沾色效果提高幅度更大。而且在染色织物的固色阶段和皂洗浴中均使用WLS-20助剂,固色、防沾色效果会更好。

Application of WLS-20 in post-processing of the dyed cotton fabric

Self-made cationic protein derivatives additive WLS-20 was used in the post-processing （fixation and soaping） of cotton fabric dyed with four reactive dyes and two direct dyes. Influences of K/S value of white cotton and dyed cotton as well as fastness to washing and rubbing in the soaping post-processing were researched. The effect of WLS-20 used in the post-processing of cotton fabric dyed with reactive and direct dyes was also evaluated. The results show that WLS-20 can be used not only in fixation of the dyed fabric, but also in soaping. The auxiliary used in the two processes can enhance fixation effect and reduce staining of white cotton in soaping. The washing and rubbing fastness are also obviously improved for cotton, especially for direct dyes. And the effect of fixation and stain resistance will be better when WLS-20 is utilized in both fixation and soaping,
