套色彩色牛仔布的浆染新工艺研究

彩色套色牛仔布产品深受客户喜爱，具有广阔的市场前景。在目前产品研究的基础上，采用新型环锭竹节纱和棉纱作经纱，氨纶作纬纱，经纱经过整经、渗透、浸压染色、水洗、上浆等工艺，达到经纱表面毛羽少，上浆率可降低50％～60％等良好特性，使开发的套色彩色牛仔服饰面料具有新潮文化元素。另外还对生产过程中产生的污水通过生化污水处理，实现绿色环保，生产的彩色牛仔布获得国家实用新型和外观设计专利。

Research on New Technology of Pulp Dyeing for Color Register Colorful Jean
