Development of New Colored Spun-dyed Yarn with New Technology of Ring Spinning

This study develops new products of colored spun-dyed yarn with the new technology of ring spinning. The change of traditional colored spun-dyed yarn does not simply rely on the change of color and raw material, but more involves structural change and combination of colored spun-dyed yarns. This paper analyzes production principles, style and application of AB colored spun-dyed yarn, ah colored spun-dyed yarn, colored spun-dyed yarn produced with compact Siro spinning technology, colored spun-dyed nicked yarn, dust yarn, spotted yarn, segment color yarn and imperial yarn and such matters needing attention as coloring match and quality control in the production process.
