海斯摩尔纤维针织面料练漂工艺研究

采用海斯摩尔纤维混纺纱(由质量分数为10%海斯摩尔纤维、12%莫代尔、78%棉纤维混纺而成,细度为28.1tex)织成的针织物为研究对象,根据海斯摩尔纤维及其针织物的特性,选用了碱氧一浴法为海斯摩尔纤维针织面料的前处理方案,即煮练和漂白同时进行,此工艺不仅能缩短工艺流程,而且节约了能源。然后对海斯摩尔纤维针织面料的练漂工艺条件进行了分析研究,采用单因素分析法和正交试验相结合的方法得出了海斯摩尔纤维针织面料的练漂最佳工艺配方为:氢氧化钠2g/L;双氧水6g/L;硅酸钠1g/L;亚硫酸钠0.5g/L;精练剂2g/L;渗透剂3g/L;温度90℃;时间60min;浴比1∶25。

Studies on Scouring and Bleaching Process of Hismer Fiber Knitted Fabric

In this paper, the knitted fabric serves as the research object, which is knitted by Hismer fiber blended yarn （it is composed of 10% Hismer fiber, 12% modal and 78% cotton fiber, and its linear density is 28. ltex）. According to the characteristics of Hismer fiber and its fabric, the alkali-oxygen bath method was selected as the pretreatment scheme of Hismer fiber knitted fabric. In other words, scouring and bleaching are conducted simultaneously. This technique can not just shorten the process, but also save resources. Then, this paper studied and analyzed the scouring and bleaching process conditions of Hismer fiber knitted fabric and obtained the optimal scouring and bleaching process through combining single factor analysis and orthogonal test method, sodium hydroxide 2g/L; hydrogen peroxide 6g/L; sodium silicate lg/L~ sodium sulfite O. 5 g/L; refining agent 2g/L; penetrant 3g/L; temperature 90℃; time 60 min; bath ratio 1 ： 25.
