摘    要:羊毛纤维的传统染色一般在高温下进行,会导致纤维发黄,蛋白纤维强力下降,对纤维的纺纱性能也会带来不利影响。用弱酸黄、Lanaset(红、黄、蓝)染料对毛织物分别染色。发现Lanaset染料的上染率高于弱酸黄染料,所以选用Lanaset染料进行染色。经比较发现,协同染色时的上染率高于仅用低温助剂时的上染率;讨论了协同染色时低温助剂J用量、pH、染色时间和温度对上染率、K/S值、摩擦牢度的影响;协同染色时, pH为3.8,80℃,50 min的上染率好,说明助剂J与低温助剂具有协同效应。

A preliminary study on the synergistic effect of wool fabrics with low-temperature dyeing auxiliaries

Abstract:Wool fibers are generally dyed at high temperature in traditional dyeing process, leading to yellowing, strength decrease and poor spinning properties of protein fiber. Weak acid yellow dye and Lanaset (red, yellow, blue) dyes were utilized to dye wool fibers, respectively. Lanaset dyes were selected for its dye-uptake was higher than weak acid yellow dye. The dye-uptake of collaborative dyeing was higher than that of dyeing only with low-temperature agent. Effects of concentration of low-temperature agent J, pH, time and temperature on dye-uptake, K/S and rubbing fastness were discussed. The highest dye-uptake was presented under the condition of pH 3.8, 80℃and 50 min dyeing, indicating that agent J and low-temperature agent present synergistic effect.
