基于DSP的电动自行车控制器的设计

摘    要:针对传统直流电机存在的电机容量有限、可靠性不高、噪音大等缺点,该文提出了基于DSP芯片TMS320F28035的永磁无刷直流电动机的控制器设计,重点介绍了电机控制器的硬件主电路设计与软件的流程设计。整个系统通过主控制模块、驱动模块与电路保护模块的结合,实现了该电动自行车的起步、调速和速度显示等功能。

Abstract:In view of the limited capacity,low reliability,large noise and other shortcomings exist in the traditional DC motors,this paper puts forward the design of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor controller based on TMS320F28035,a DSP chip,and introduces the hardware composition and software program flow of the controller in detail. TMS320F28035 chip is used as the control chip of the hardware part, which realizes the intelligent control of motor and under-voltage protection,over-current protection,and other functions through the control-circuit,drive-circuit,protection-circuit and other circuit module designs. The part of software adopts modular programming and structured programming,making it easy for users to secondary development. This controller implements the starting,speed control and speed show of the electric bike.
