羊毛纤维应用洋葱皮色素染色工艺的优化

摘    要:探讨柠檬酸同浴媒染条件下,洋葱皮色素染色羊毛纤维的染色工艺,以染色pH、染色时间、染色温度、染料用量为主要因素进行正交试验,获得优化的染色工艺参数为:染色pH6,染色时间70min,染色温度100℃,染料用量0.05g/mL,4因素中,染色pH对染色结果影响最大。

Abstract:The onion pigment wool fiber dyeing process using one-bath mordant dyeing methods of citric acid were discussed. The dying pH, time, temperature and dye concentration were as four main factors to design for the orthogonal experiment. The optimal dyeing parameters was as follows: dyed at 100 ℃ for 70 min with the dying concentration of 0.05 g/mL and pH of 6. The pH is the dominant factor for dyeing results.
