CD-DF333在特殊要求牛仔布上浆的应用

文章对牛仔坯布性能要求的难点进行分析,针对该系列难点选用了普通淀粉上浆和DF333浆料上浆进行了比较试验,研究结果表明:DF333浆料具有较好的粘附性,其浆膜在强力、耐磨、抗屈曲等方面均较好,且使用DF333浆料上浆后的坯布手感柔软,经过高温处理后具备"回软"性能、满足该牛仔布特殊要求。选用DF333浆料上浆织物在手感、实物质量、色光等相对传统工艺有较大提升。

Application of CD-DF333 in Denim Sizing with Special Requirements

This paper analyzes difficulties of greige denim performance requirements, selects common starch sizing and DF333 sizing agent for comparative test. The results show that： DF333 sizing agent has good adhesion; the serosa has good properties in strength, abrasion resistance, buckling, etc. ; the gray fabrics after the use of DF333 sizing agent have soft feel; after high-temperature processing, the gray fabrics meet ＂softening＂ property and the special requirements of denim. DF333 sizing agent can greatly improve sizing in hand feeling, quality, color and glossiness, compared with traditional technology.
