摘    要:为了客观综合地评价不同改性多糖糊料活性染料的印花性能,分别对印花棉织物的得色量、渗透率、脱糊率、光滑度、柔软度5个指标进行测定,并与海藻酸钠糊料作对比。采用离差最大化法、标准差法和熵权法确定各指标权重系数,以此建立模糊综合评价模型,对棉织物不同糊料的印花性能做综合评价。结果表明:由模糊综合评价模型,分析得到了CMS印花性能更好,CMG、CMC和SA效果相近。模糊综合评价模型的引入,更客观准确地评价了棉织物的印花综合性能,且以3种不同方法确定权重系数建立的模糊评价模型,其评价结果相差较小。

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Printing Performance of Modified Polysaccharide Paste Reactive Dye

Abstract:To evaluate the printing performance of different modified polysaccharide paste reactive dyes objectively and comprehensively, this paper respectively measures dye yield, permeability, paste removal rate, smoothness and softness of printed cotton fabric and makes a comparison with sodium alginate paste; determines the weight coefficient of each indicator with dispersion maximization method, standard deviation method and entropy weight method, establishes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and conducts comprehensive evaluation on the printing performance of different pastes of cotton fabric. The result shows that CMS has better printing performance and CMG, CMC and SA have similar effect through the analysis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. With the introduction of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the printing comprehensive performance of cotton fabrics is evaluated more accurately. The evaluation result of fuzzy evaluation model established based on weight coefficient determined with three different methods has small difference.
