| 摘 要： | 采用封端法，以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯（IPDI）、聚醚二元醇（F6）等为主要原料制备封端型水性聚氨酯（WPU）。将合成的水性聚氨酯应用于织物的整理和涂料印花中，探讨了整理工艺参数对WPU整理后纯棉织物和涤棉织物抗皱和抗起毛起球效果的影响；以及涂料印花工艺参数对纯棉色织物干湿摩擦牢度的影响。

| Abstract: | Water-borne polyurethane was synthesized through terminating method by taking IPDI and F6 as main materials, and it was applied in textile finishing and pigment printing. The influences of the finishing process parameter on the anti-wrinkle and anti-pilling properties of pure cotton fabric and polyester-cotton fabric finished by WPU were investigated, as well as the influences of pigment printing parameters on the fastness to dry and wet rubbing. |
