摘    要:研究采用不同的配方及工艺,对棉、真丝、锦纶、聚酯、羊毛等各类织物坯布进行常规前处理、浸轧上浆、浆料和配套助剂的优选及上浆工艺优化,结合喷墨印花图案原稿的高品质数字化处理、设计制定不同类型织物的高品质ICC特性曲线以及喷印工艺优化,结果显示:喷印织物经汽蒸固色后,染料分子从浆料向织物转移并与纤维结合,并满足色差及色牢度要求,实现了数码喷墨印花技术在蚕丝、棉、聚酯、锦纶、羊毛等不同类型织物的推广应用。

Discussion on Key Technology of Textile Digital Inkjet Printing Processing

Abstract:This study conducts general pretreatment, padding and sizing of grey cloths of various fabrics such as cotton, silk, nylon, polyester and wool and optimization of sizing agent, auxiliary and sizing process with different formulas and processes, designs and establishes high-quality ICC characteristic curve of different types of fabrics in combination with high-quality digital processing of original inkjet printing pattern and optimizes the jet printing process. The result shows that: after steaming fixation of jet printing fabrics, dye molecules transfer from sizing agent to fabrics and combine with fiber; they meet requirements of color difference and color fastness. The promotion and application of digital inkjet printing technology in various types of fabrics in silk. cotton, polyester, nylon and wool etc.
