摘    要:钻井作业中三缸往复泵液力的水击有较大的危害,但由于所检测的振动信号复杂,现有的信号分析方法不能在很高的背景噪声下较有效地提取反映出水击的特征信息,因此,有必要进行新的和更为有效的特征提取方法的研究。现文将小波分析应用于往复泵水击振动特征的提取上。通过对某些频段小波变换信号的重构,结合缸内压力信号或反映活塞位置(时标)信号的相位分析,可得到更为明显的水击特征,能够较为准确地判别水击发生的时间位置。

Abstract:Hydraulic impacts of a triplex pumps do harm to the pump during drilling operation. As the vibration signals measured are complicated and the traditional signal processing method can not extract hydraulic impact response features effectively on highly noised background signals,so it is necessary to study new and more effective feature extraction methods.This paper makes an approach on the feature extraction of vibration signals caused by hydraulic impact in a triplex pump with wavelet analysis.Through the wavelet transform's reconstruction of some scales with the help of liquid pressure waveform phase analysis in some pump cylinder or the piston position time mark signal phase analysis, some much more distinctive features as well as the time location of any hydraulic impact can be attained.
