摘    要:采用PEG/(NH4)2SO4双水相体系萃取杏鲍菇多糖,研究了PEG的分子量、硫酸铵的浓度及PEG的浓度三个因素对杏鲍菇多糖在双水相系统中的分配系数和收率的影响,结果表明:当PEG4000浓度为21.33%,硫酸铵浓度为14%时,多糖的分配系数可达1.9529~2.0152,收率可达60.58~62.82,从而得出一种萃取杏鲍菇多糖的方法。

Abstract:The extraction of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharides in two-phase aqueous system was investigated. The effects of PEG molecular weight, and concentrations of (NH4)2SO4 and PEG on the yield of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharides were studied The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: concentration of PEG4000 21.33% and concentration of (NH4)2SO4 14%, under which partition coefficient of polysaccharide could reach 1.9529~2.0152 and the yield coefficient could reach 60.58~62.82 %.
