电子墨水显示器用电泳颗粒制备和表面改性的研究进展

摘    要:电泳颗粒性能对电子墨水显示器的对比度、响应时间有重要的影响.综述了以无机颗粒(TiO2、SiO2、碳黑等)、白色聚合物颗粒、粉状染料颗粒、染料微胶囊颗粒作为电子墨水电泳颗粒的制备方法,提高表面荷电量以及降低颗粒密度的表面改性方法,并展望了其未来的发展.着重介绍了电泳颗粒表面改性的多种方法、原理以及特点.

Abstract:Electrophoretic particle is very important to the contrast and response time of electronic ink displays. In this paper, the chassification and preparation of electrophoretic particles, such as inorganic particle (TiO2, SiO2,C), white polymer particle, dyestuff powder and dyestuff microcapsules, surface modification for increasing surface charge and minishing gravity of electrophoretic particle are discussed. The development of electrophoretic particle is summarized. Means, principle and characterization of surface modification are especially introduced.
