风电机组圆形基础承载力非线性有限元分析

摘    要:以试验试件为原型建立了风电机组圆形基础有限元模型,对基础承载力非线性进行了有限元分析,基于基础承载力的确定原则,分析了圆形基础的非线性响应工作性态,并将分析结果与风机基础常用设计方法及试验实测的结果进行对比。结果表明,有限元分析结果吻合较好;薄膜力的存在造成极限平衡法的计算假定与实际受力情况不一致。

Abstract:The finite element model of the circular foundation for wind turbine is established based on the prototype of test sample. And then the nonlinearity of foundation bearing capacity is analyzed with finite element method. Based on the determination principle of foundation bearing capacity, it analyzes the nonlinear response of operating state of circular foundation. The results of finite element analysis are compared with those of common design methods of wind turbine foundation and experiment. It shows that the result with finite element method has good effect, and there is difference between presumptions of limit equilibrium method and the actual force status because of membrane force.
