摘    要:针对供水水库群优化调度是一类维度高、约束条件复杂的系统优化问题,为有效处理复杂的约束条件并达到全局收敛,采用分步罚函数法,并结合直接比较—比例法(DCPM)的遗传算法处理复杂的约束。实例应用及与其他遗传算法比较表明,该算法计算、收敛有较明显的优势,处理约束有效。

Abstract:In view of the problem of reservoir group optimization water supply dispatching, which has complex constrains and high dimension, this paper introduces DCMP Stepped FGA method in order to effectively deal with complicated constraints and achieve the global convergence. Combination of genetic algorithm with direct comparison proportional method (DCPM method) is introduced to deal with the complex constraint conditions. The practical application and calculation results show that the DCMP Stepped FGA method has obvious advantages in computational algebraic and optimal results of convergence and it is effective to handle constraints.
