摘    要:以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,甲基异丁基甲酮为溶剂,将氟碳单体与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯等单体进行溶液聚合得到氟碳树脂共聚物。当氟碳单体质量分数较低(5%)时,加入质量分数为2%~8%的有机硅烷偶联剂单体,制得有机硅改性氟碳树脂共聚物。性能测试结果表明:该有机硅改性共聚物具有硬度高、耐水、耐碱、耐溶剂、表面自洁及耐沾污等优良性能。有机硅改性不但提高了氟碳树脂的性能,而且降低了成本,为其工业化生产和制备有机硅改性全氟碳涂料创造了条件。

Abstract:This paper synthesized fluorocarbon resin copolymer via solution polymerization of fluorocarbon monomer with methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate, taking azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator and methyl isobutyl ketone as solvent. A kind of organosilicon modified fluorocarbon resin was prepared by adding 2% - 8% (mass fraction) organosilicon coupling agent into fluorocarbon monomer that was at a concentration level as low as 5% (mass fraction). The analytical results of properties show that the modified fluorocarbon resin has the features of superior hardness, resistance to water, alkali and solvent, and ability of self-cleaning and anti-fouling. The modification by organosilicon not only raised the properties of fluorocarbon resin, but also reduced the production cost, thereby creating a favourable condition for commercially producing the resin and preparing the organosilicon modified fluorocarbon resin coating.
