紫色氧化钨氢还原制取微晶硬质合金用超细钨粉的研究

摘    要:本研究选取相成分单一的紫钨和相成分不单一的蓝钨作为原料,研究钨原料对制取超细钨粉的影响。结果表明:紫钨WO2.72制得的钨粉细而均匀,分散性好,是适合做微晶硬质合金的原料。

Abstract:In this article two kinds of tungste n oxide materials of violet tungsten oxide and tungsten blue oxide were selected to study the influence of ra w materials on ultrafine and homogen ous tungsten powder.Researching re sults showed that tungsten powder has loose structure produced in violet tungsten which is more suitable for the ult rafine hard metals.
