| 摘 要： | 介绍了用PLC和触摸屏技术对英国真空退火炉电控系统进行改造的方案.电控系统以PLC为控制核心,触摸屏为人机接口,使系统控制界面友好,简单直观,便于操作.改造后解决了原有电控系统存在的问题,保证了控制系统的可靠性,增强了控制系统的操作性.

| Abstract: | A new method of reforming the electrical-controlling system of S16D British vacuum annealing furnace by PLC and the touch screen was introduced. The control system takes PLC as the control nucleus, the touch screen as human-computer interface, it makes the system friendly,watch simply, operate and handle easily. After the reformation, the method solves the problems of the former system, ensures the reliability and feasibility of the control system. |
