摘    要:通过宏观观察、金相分析、扫描电镜及X射线能谱仪等检测手段对送检的由2A14铝合金锻件制备的三角支架表面硫酸阳极氧化膜层出现的黑斑序列进行原因分析。黑斑的形成主要是由于阳极氧化膜的不连续及其剥落,而造成氧化膜破坏的根本原因是铝合金基体在腐蚀介质的作用下出现晶问腐蚀和点腐蚀。2A14铝合金中呈流线分布和块状聚集分布的二次相微粒容易引起局部电极电位失稳,从而促进其腐蚀进程。

Abstract:The macrostructure observation,metallographic detection,analysis by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray inspection were used to analyze the cause for black spot sequence on sulfuric acid anodizing oxidation film of the submitted tripod made of 2A14 aluminum alloy.The formation of black spot sequence was induced by the discontinuity and loss of oxidation films.However,the root cause of that was the intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion occurring in the matrix of Al alloy under the action of the corrosive medium.The streamline distribution and the massive aggregation of intermetallic phase particles in 2A14 Al alloy contributed to the local electrode potential instability,which could increase the corrosive rate.
