摘    要:引入外加交变磁场以期提高电镀金刚石工具的性能。SEM观察结果表明:与无磁场影响的镀层相比,外加电压为200V时,胎体晶粒尺寸得到细化,镀层的显微硬度提高1 060MPa。磨削实验表明:外加电压为200V时,所制得的金刚石工具与传统无磁场影响下所制得的金刚石工具相比,使用寿命为其1.5倍,工作效率提高了20.21%。

Abstract:Alternate magnetic field is introduced to improve the performance of electroplated diamond tools.The SEM observation shows that compared with the coating not affected by magnetic field,the crystal grain size of the matrix is fined and the microhardness of the coating increases 1 060 MPa when the applied voltage is 200 V.The grinding experiment indicates that the service life of the diamond tools prepared when the applied voltage is 200 V with alternate magnetic field is 1.5 times as that of the tools without magnetic field applied,and the working efficiency can be raised by 20.21 %.
