钢铁化学镀Ni-P沉积速率的研究

摘    要:研究了硫酸镍、次磷酸钠、乳酸和稳定剂等对钢铁表面镀层沉积速率的影响,并对镀层的结合强度以及耐蚀性等方面进行了考察,确定了合适的工艺条件。根据该工艺制备的Ni-P镀层具有良好的表面质量和较高的结合强度,提高了耐蚀性。

Abstract:The effects of nickel sulfate,sodium hypophosphite,lactic acid,stabilizer,etc.on the deposition velocity of Ni-P plating on iron and steel surface were studied.The adhesion and corrosion resistance of Ni-P films on iron and steel surface were also investigated.Based on these,a suitable process was decided.The Ni-P coating obtained according to the above process exhibits a good surface quality,good adhesion and corrosion resistance.
