| 摘 要： | 主要研究应用于TETRA数字集群手机中的声码器 ,根据TETRA数字集群通信系统语音处理所采用的ACELP算法 ,给出声码器用DSP的实现过程。为进一步研制数字集群手机打下良好的基础。
