摘    要:研究了某地面雷达天线罩所使用的含有预埋件的玻璃钢蜂窝夹层结构的强度,其中预埋件由雷达天线罩常用的两种不同材料制成,选用了两种不同的预埋件的形式。试验中模拟天线罩的实际受力特点,采用相当于正压与负压作用的两种不同的加载方式,讨论了当玻璃钢蜂窝夹层结构具有不对称的形式时,加载方式对其强度的影响。

Abstract:The strength of FRP honeycomb core sandwich panels containing preformed inserts for radar antenna cover was studied in this paper. Preformed inserts were made of two kinds of common used materials and made in two different structures. Two kind directions of loading, resembling the real force on covers were used in the testing. Also, the effects of the direction of loading on panels mechanical property were studied when panels were unsymmatrical.
