摘    要:分析了摆辗模具的工作原理、失效形式,摆辗模具在工作中除承受较大的压力和耐受较长时间的高温外.还要受到因反复加热、冷却而引起体积反复变化的交变应力等多种应力的作用,极易导致热疲劳龟裂的产生.选择合理的模具材料以及采用适宜的热处理工艺可以提高摆辗模具的强韧性,从而提高模具寿命.

Abstract:The work principle and failure forms of rocking-rolling mold were analyzed.The mold always withstands the tremendous pressure and the long-time high temperature,and is simultaneously affected by many kinds of stress such as the alternate stresses by heating up,cooling repeatedly,which causes the volume change repeatedly,these factors cause thermomechanical fatigue chap easily.Choosing the die material and adopting the heat treatment technology correctly can increase the strength and life of the rocking-roll...
