低温复叠系统制冷工质替代研究

摘    要:对替代工质R404A/R23和原工质R22/R13进行了热物性及系统运行参数方面的比较分析,完成了一套采用替代工质R404A/R23的复叠制冷试验机组的系统设计,并对R404A/R23复叠系统进行了试验验证.结果表明,尽管使用替代工质R404A/R23的系统较原系统的制冷量略有降低,但其它系统运行参数均优于R22/R13系统,系统的可靠性大大提高.

Abstract:The alternative refrigerant R404A/R23 and the original one R22/R13 is compared in thermophysical properties and refrigeration operating parameters,and a set of cascade refrigeration unit using R404A/R23 was designed and tested.The result shows that although system cooling capacity using alternative R404A/R23 slightly decreased,other operation parameters such as temperature and pressure are better than the original system.The reliability of the system has been greatly increased.
