摘    要:临盘油区内的临盘、商河油田已有近30年的开发历史,临南油田虽只有10年的开发历史,但由于油藏埋藏深,地层水矿化度高,对套管腐蚀严重,使套损井逐年增多,严重影响油田开发井网和正常的原油生产。通过对临盘油区套损井跟踪分析,找出了套损的主要原因是地质因素和工程因素,并采取针对性的套管防治措施和套管修复技术,有效地减少了套损井。

Abstract:For buried depth of Linpan reservoir is deep and salinity of formation water is high, casing corrosion is serious and the number of the casing - failured wells increased year by year. It seriously effects the development well pattern and normal production of the crude oil. The paper found out the main cause of the casing failure, presented the preventive measures and treatment methods. Through field application, the number of the casing failured well is decreased efficaciously.
