| 摘 要： | 结合广阳家园商业一期5号楼基础底板大体积混凝土的施工情况,分析了大体积混凝土浇筑的特点、难点.介绍了大体积混凝土施工准备工作,包括技术准备、机具准备、材料准备、混凝土试块准备等.从原材料配合比、全过程温度控制、施工措施等方面阐述了大体积混凝土裂缝控制关键技术.通过一系列措施,大体积混凝土裂缝得到有效控制,达到预期效果,确保了上程质量.

| Abstract: | Combined with the construction conditions of mass concrete for foundation slab in No.5 building of Guangyang homeland,the pouring characteristics and difficulties of mass concrete are analyzed.The construction preparations are introduced,such as the preparations of techniques,equipments,materials and concrete samples.The key techniques including mix proportion of materials,temperature control in the whole construction,construction measures of mass concrete for cracks controlling are described.The crack of mass concrete is effectively controlled and the construction quality is obtained by taking these measures. |
