| Abstract: | First, analyse the systems, within and without, that influence the development of urban planning, then a discussion on technical aspects of planning follows.Finally,the discussion extends with scopes in public participation, statutory documents and drawings, systems of norms and standards, and city conservation, and concludes that the development of urban planning depends largely on innovation of various systems. |
