新型KPX型偏心自调配水器的研制

摘    要:在对KPX系列配水器结构和原理了解的基础上,通过对国内外各种配水器文献的调研,指出造成KPX系列配水器投捞成功率和投捞一次成功率低的主要原因:偏心孔与堵塞器的密封结构不理想、回位簧设计欠佳、打捞杆影响凸轮。本文论证了青海油田自行研制改进的KPX偏心自调配水器结构的合理性,通过现场应用验证了投捞成功率和投捞一次成功率高的优点。

Abstract:Based on the study of structure and principle of KPX series water regulator and the investigation of relevant literature's at home and abroad, this paper polnts out the main reasons of low pulling and running success ratio, which include improper seal structure of eccentric hole and blanking plug, unreasonable return spring,and effect of fishing rod on cam. This paper discusses the construction rationality of KPX eccentric self -regulating water regulator developed in Qinghai Oilfield. The effectiveness of higher pulling and running success ratio has been obtained in field application of new type injection mandrel.
