摘    要:通过实施针对性强的轧辊管理手段,并结合全面高效的无损检测技术,保证轧辊的顺利供应及适当降低轧辊消耗。摸索对各磨削参数的优化,提高轧辊磨削水平,保障轧辊的低成本运行。

Abstract:Targeted roll management was implemented, combined with a comprehensive and highly efficient non-destructive testing technology to ensure the smooth roll appropriate to reduce the supply and consumption of roll. Grinding parameters was explored to improve the level of roll grinding and ensure low-cost operation.
