储油罐静电电位的有限差分数值研究

摘    要:利用有限差分方法,给出了立式圆筒形储油罐中静电电位的超松弛迭代格式的数值计算模型,研究了储油罐内静电电位的分布规律,分析了储油罐结构及运行参数对储油罐电位的影响。研究结果表明,储油罐径高比在0.6~1.7时,静电风险较大,从静电安全性和储油罐稳定性方面来考虑,径高比应当大于2.0;储油罐内静电电位随其体积的增加以幂函数形式迅速增加;储油罐内的电位与油品电荷密度成正比且随着油品介电常数的增大而逐渐减小;当加载油品到储油罐体积的73%时,油面中心的静电电位达最大值。

Abstract:The electrostatic potential in the vertical cylindrical storage tank was investigated numerically with the finite difference method and the numerical model with the type of super-relaxation iteration was obtained.The potential distribution in the tank was presented,and the influence of those parameters,such as tank dimension and operating situation,on the electrostatic potential was analyzed.The risk of electrostatic hazard is higher when the ratio between diameter and height of the tank lies in the range of 0.6-1.7.Considering electrostatic security and structure stability of the tank,the ratio should be greater than 2.0.The potential increases with the tank volume as the type of power function.The potential increases linearly with increasing charge density and decreases gradually with the increasing dielectric constant.The potential at the center of oil surface will reach the maximum points when the tank is filled 73% volume.
