低温吸附工艺在润滑油精制生产中的节能应用

摘    要:文章介绍了高效低温吸附工艺在润滑油基础油生产中的工业应用情况。结果表明,该工艺比白土精制工艺具有明显优势,不仅保证了基础油的质量,而且关停了加热炉,使能耗降低45%,废渣完全回收处理再利用,不会造成环境二次污染,具有良好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:High efficency low temperature adsorpting process used for lubricant oil refining was introduced.The evaluation results of this application showed that this process had more advantages than clay adsorption refining process.It could not only guarantee a product,but also could close furnaces and decrease enengy consumption by 45%.Clay waste could be recycled withouf pollution,and this process will make more economic and social benefits.
