| 摘 要： | 介绍塑料波纹管极易损坏的成波块成型面的简易修复方法。所设计的夹具、刀具用于修复波纹管模具成型面，可克服排屑、进刀及成对模块轴向稳合等诸多困难。成型面轴向、径向稳合均能达到原设计要求。

| Abstract: | The simple repairing method for the forming face of the corrugating block very easy to be damaged for the plastics bellow is introduced. The clamp apparatus and cutter designed to repair the forming face of the bellow mold can surmount such difficulties as the chip removal,the cutting feed and the axial anastomosis. Both the axial and meridional anastomosis has met the requirements of the original design. |
