摘    要:深圳月亮湾电厂运用润滑油光谱分析和铁谱分析的方法,通过监测润滑油中金融元素浓度变化范围和分析磨损颗粒的形貌、大小、数量和成分,成功地诊断出4号燃机轴瓦磨损状况。此例说明润滑油的铁谱和光谱分析对电厂设备故障诊断有着直接的指导作用。

Abstract:Using the lubricant iron spectrum and spectrographic analysis methods to monitor the concentration change of metallic elements in lubricant and to analyze the shape,size,concentration and composition of the wearing particles,the bearing liner wearing status of No 4 gas turbine in Shenzhen Yueliangwan Gas Turbine Power Plant was correctly diagnosed.The direct guiding role of lubricant iron spectrum and spectroscopic analysis in diagnosing faults of power plant equipment is validated thereby.
