宋代的买扑盐业

宋代的盐业政策从大的方面来说包括两种,一是专卖制,二为买扑制。买扑盐业在宋代的川陕路、两浙路和江西路存在。其中川陕路为井盐,该地区的盐业买扑囊括了产、运、销三个环节,同时持续时间最长,贯穿于宋代。两浙路和江西路为海盐,其盐业买扑仅存在于神宗熙丰年间,且只涉及销售。宋代商品经济的繁荣及由此导致社会经济中市场化趋势的增强是买扑盐业出现的前提条件。宋代政府对经济运行的适当干预是宋代买扑盐业的必要条件。同时,在宋代思想文化中占据主流的儒家"经世济用"学风对宋代盐业买扑的广泛实施起到了重要的作用。宋代买扑盐业的历史作用主要体现在它向社会提供了巨大数量的商品——食盐。
