摘    要:
为控制间苯二酚-甲醛气凝胶的结构和凝胶化时间,制备高质量的RF气凝胶空心微球,进行了间苯二酚-甲醛气凝胶的粘度实验研究.用超声波粘度计在线监测了RF体系凝胶生长过程的粘度变化及讨论了粘度变化的不同区间对RF成球质量的影响.RF凝胶体系的粘度主要由成核阶段(BC)、生长阶段(CD)、凝胶阶段(DE)3部分构成,当RF溶液的粘度控制在BC区间的后期到CD区间的前期之间(26~40mPa·s),配置合理的工艺参数,制备了高质量的空心微球.

To control the structure and the gelation time of resorcinol-formaldehyde(RF)arerogel and prepare high quality RF aerogel hollow microsphere,the viscosity of RFsystem has been researched in this paper.The change of viscosity in the gelled process of RF insitu measured by supersonic viscosimeter on the influence of the quality of RF microsphere was investigated.The viscosity in the gelled process of RF was composed of nucleation phase(BC),growth phase(CD),gel phase(DE).Only if RF solution viscosity was betwe...
