| 摘 要： | 多缸液压系统极易因压力阀使用不当而产生干涉。通过几例故障分析,对溢流阀、减压阀和顺序阀的应用进行了研究。指出在多缸液压系统中,应合理选择顺序阀类型、考虑各压力阀之间的压力匹配及减压阀减压不稳定对多缸动作的影响。

| Abstract: | Interference are easily caused in multi - cylinder hydraulic system for misuse of pressure valve. The application of pressure relief valve, pressure - reducing valve and sequence valve are researched through analyzing examples of failure. It is pointed out that in multi - cylinder hydraulic system, the type of sequence valve should be selected reasonably. The pressure of pressure valve should match with eath other and the affection of pressure unstability of pressure - reducing valve on cylinders should be considered. |
