摘    要:介绍了基于UG特征造型的双头丝杆三维形体参数化、可视化的建模技术及方法。通过UG环境的图形功能,利用其OPENAPI开发平台、表达式编辑器以及VC++编程等工具为数据处理及传输介质,将用户界面参数直接传递到丝杆模板并对其进行驱动,并利用三维零件样板,改变设计参数值,实现了双头丝杆三维参数化的生成,提高了设计效率。基于此方法的丝杆类零件参数化、可视化设计对于现代产品设计理念具有重大的推动作用和显著的工业价值。

Abstract:This paper introduces the modeling technology of the 3D parameter of double lead-screw based on UG. Through UG drawing function, taking UG OPEN API development platform, expression editor and VC++ programming as a medium of data procession and transmission, the parameter was transmited directly from UI to the lead-screw model and driven it. It sets up three-dimensional parameter standard file through a simple and effective method, and change it's parameter, it puts up lead-screw's 3D part model and improves lead-screw's design efficiency. Based on this method, it will bring great improvement and great industrial value to the modern product design conception of variety and small batch.
