| 摘 要： | 介绍了知识经济的概念和知识产权制度在知识经济时代的重要性，以及知识产权保护应采取的政策。针对目前我国企业和科研院所在知识产权保护中存在的问题，通过对中国专利局企业专利工作经验的介绍，提出应对措施和今后工作方向。
