| 摘 要： | 对第三方活动致使海底管道失效的各个原因进行系统分析,建立以“第三方破坏严重”为顶事件的故障树。通过系统的定性分析得到海底管道第三方破坏故障树的30个各阶最小割集,计算出各个基本事件的结构重要度,确定了海底管道失效的主要形式,并针对这些主要因素提出了相应的预防措施。

| Abstract: | The types of the third-party damage of offshore pipelines' failure were pointed out,the reasons were analyzed,and corresponding measures were presented.With the top events of third-party damage,the fault tree has been established.Through systematically qualitative analysis,30 minimal cut sets are found and the importance of the basic events is determined,and so the correlative measures are proposed. |
