硅烷化改性[B]ZSM—5沸石表面酸性及催化性能的研究

摘    要:采用化学液相沉积法(CLD)—即硅烷化法对杂原子[B]ZSM—5沸石催化剂进行表面修饰;经TPD、IR、吸附量等方法考察了硅烷化处理后,表面酸性及孔结构变化,并与反应性能进行关联.用硅烷化改性[B]ZSM—5沸石上甲苯-乙烯烷基化反应,使得对位产物的选择性提高到94.14%左右.

Abstract:Zeolite catalysts ofB] mingled atom modified by chemical surface deposition of liquid-phase of silicon-chemical compound (CLD) are investigated. The acidity of zeolites is characterized with TPD, IR and the pore structure of zeolites is determined by fluid adsorption and is related to the reaction. The result of the alkylation reaction of toluene with ethybene indicates that the seledvity of p-ethyltoluene after modification is higher than that before modification, reaching 94.14%.
