| 摘 要： | 传统的计算机数控(CNC)系统大多采取封闭式设计,产品的彼此不兼容使得数控系统难以进行结构的改变和功能的扩展。开放式数控系统解决了这一问题,已经成为当前CNC技术发展的必然趋势。本文介绍了开放式数控系统的产生和发展,对基于PC的开放式数控系统结构进行了概述。探讨了以PC机和运动控制卡为基础构建开放式数控系统硬件平台的方法,并讨论了基于W indows 2000的数控系统软件结构。

| Abstract: | Most conventional Computer Numerical Control(CNC) systems are interface-closed.This makes the software inalterable and the hardware incompatible with different manufacturers.Thus any change of the CNC components is difficult and the product upgrade is almost impossible.Open-CNC system can solve this problem.Nowadays the PC-based open-CNC system which employs Windows OS prevails in the CNC technology.In this paper the state-of-the-art of the Open-CNC system is introduced.One of the core components of the open-CNC system,the motion control card is described in detail.The software structure is discussed also. |
