摘    要:测定了n-Al2O3颗粒在快镍刷镀液中的粒径分布、Zeta电位等表面性质,用SEM和TEM测定了n-Al2O3/Ni复合刷镀层表面形貌、镀层微观组织结构并进行了表面能谱分析,得到了n-Al2O3在镀层中的分布、状态;分析了纳米颗粒表面性质对上述因素的影响。实验结果表明纳米颗粒在镀液中荷负电,其粒径分布较广;镀层中n-Al2O3呈弥散分布,粒径在数十纳米范围。纳米颗粒在镀液中粒度分布越小,刷镀层晶粒越细,刷笔运动及溶液对流等因素对进入刷镀层的纳米颗粒粒径有一定选择效应。在上述结果基础上推测n-A12O3/Ni体系复合共沉积机理应是以力学机理为主。

Abstract:The surface charge and particle diameter distribution of n-Al2O3 powder were investigated by measuring its Zeta potential and particle size in quickly nickel brush plating solution. The surface morphology and microstructure of composite coating by electro-brush plating were observed by SEM and TEM. The distribution of n-Al2O3 in the coating had been gotten. The result shows that the nano-particle surface charge is negative and its diameter distribution is more wide in brush plating solution. The diameter of n-Al2O3 particle is in the range of tens of nanometer in coating. Brush movement and solution convection influenced the size of the nano-particle that have entered coating at some degree. According to these results, this paper discusses that co-deposition mechanics of n-Al2O3/Ni should be mechanics mechanism.
