基于XDPS-400的液位控制系统实验平台的开发

摘    要:以实验室建设为背景,将EFPA/T过程实验装置与XDPS-400分散控制系统相连形成过程控制系统.介绍了系统的设计思路,系统的硬件配置,并对液位控制进行了DCS的组态和调试,给出了运行效果图.在该实验平台上,不仅可以进行DCS和过程控制的实验实训,而且可以进行理论算法的研究.实践表明取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:Based on the laboratory construct project,this paper designs a process control system which achieves the interconnection of EFPA equipment and XDPS-400.This paper introduces the design thought and the hardware allocation of this system,and configures the level control system,and debugs it,and gives the working curve.On the platform,the experiment and Professional Training of DCS process control is proceeded,and theory algorithms is also processed.The practice indicates its good result.
