摘    要:研究了多种混合金属氧化物催化剂分别在整体搅拌反应器和浆态反应器中对尿素与1,2-丙二醇合成碳酸丙烯酯(PC)反应的催化性能.结果表明,整体搅拌反应器的PC收率比浆态反应器低,ZnO-Cr2O3,催化效果最好.确定了合成PC的最佳反应条件:反应温度180℃,反应时间6 h,每一整体催化剂活性组分负载量0.2 g.在最佳条...

Abstract:The catalytic performance of a variety of metallic oxide catalysts for the alcoholysis of urea with 1,2-propylene glycol(PG) for the synthesis of propylene carbonate(PC) in monolithic stirrer reactor(MSR) and mechanically agitated slurry reactor(MASR) was investigated.The results have shown that ZnO-Cr2O3 is best in catalytic performance and that the yield of PC with a monolithic stirrer reactor is lower than that with a mechanically agitated slurry reactor.Optimum reaction conditions were identified,i.e.re...
